Ollie & Telden- Owners

We’re Ollie Sonterre and Telden Tran, the proud owners of Solus Fix, a trusted handyman service based in Lakeville, MN. We started with helping out family and neighbors, then we grew into a partnership built on trust, and a drive to get projects done right. We work well together, staying focused and pushing through every project, finishing strong every time. With the both of us, we make sure that when a challenge pops up, they are tackled head on, always communicating clearly and making sure no detail is missed. Solus Fix brings together different strengths to deliver the best service with a personal touch.

Ollie Sonterre- Handyman: Ollie is a dependable and hardworking handyman. Brings a creative, solutions first approach to every job. With experience from repairs to yardwork and cleanup to heavy all day projects, he tackles work with efficiency and detail. He knows what needs to get done and knows how to keep projects running smoothly. Ollie has a focus on HVAC and electrical projects, giving him an understanding of how to approach different repair and maintenance challenges. No matter what, he’s the kind of reliable teammate every crew values, always thinking ahead of the game.

Telden Tran- Handyman: Telden studied Construction Management, is OSHA certified, holds a Procore Certificate in Project Management, and is verified on Angi Services, a contracting company connecting clients with trusted tradespeople. With a life of solid hands on handyman experience combined with project management, across repairs and maintenance, he combines professional training with practical skills. Raised in a family with a strong background in construction, he learned early the value of craftsmanship, hard work, and doing things right. That foundation drives his steady and strong work ethic, and no nonsense approach. Whether tackling small repairs or larger maintenance projects, Telden applies technical precision, professionalism, and common sense to deliver lasting results.
